Bill and I want to thank you so very much for making our Christmas gift to our children of a beautiful home cooked dinner and lessons by a professional Chef such a huge success.
In total we were a party of 11 and we each came away with cooking tips, lessons and new experiences.
The French dinner that we all prepared together was as good, if not better then having eaten it in a Parisian restaurant. Even the music you provided added to the atmosphere and festivities.
You were the General in command of the kitchen at all times and we were busy, happy troopers thoroughly enjoying ourselves.
