The food at the party was both delicious and beautifully presented. What was most impressive was your ability to prepare such quality food on the spot, in an open kitchen, and in full view of 25 guests.
Your prescience, as well as that of your affable assistant, along with a delectable, detailed description of the menu items also added a personal, interesting touch. All this created a truly a lovely party that we will long remember.
